About the spa
The fitness studio features a separate cardiovascular and strength training areas and is equipped with advanced equipment from Technogym®. Personal trainers are present in the Health Club at all times to assist you. Furthermore, fitness classes for members and hotel guests are offered on a regular basis.
Key features include the Kinesis wellness system which is a cable-based workout that allows movement through 360 degrees to build up fundamental physical fitness along with Power Plate therapy, an ultimate total body work out and uses the principles of Acceleration Training™ to stimulate the body’s natural response to vibration.
Recreation facilities include a 20-metre indoor swimming pool, three outdoor pools, a Kid’s Club, tennis courts, poolside bar and a 450-metre running track designed with regular pit-stops wind its way through the most scenic areas of the hotel grounds.
The Technogym Wellness Key is a user-friendly device which is used to store and transfer data or to communicate with each piece of gym equipment. Ahasees gym members can use the key to save fitness training results such as distance travelled when running and also calorie consumption. This information is then stored in the central server and can be accessed at any time to monitor overall performance. The key also guides Ahasees gym members through each exercise by displaying the correct amount of weight to be used in strength training exercises and the number of repetitions required for each exercise.
